Contracting

Countrywide Capital Group’s Commercial development division has provided superior service, consistent quality and on-time, on-budget execution of commercial projects throughout the Eastern United States.

Founded in 2003, BCG was acquired to serve as the construction arm for Countrywide Capital Group Real Estate Services on all of its projects. Today, Countrywide Capital Group’s Commercial development division has executed numerous successful projects with Countrywide Capital Group and also works with third-party development firms, property management firms and corporate clients throughout Florida. The primary goal of Countrywide Capital Group’s Commercial development division is to ensure the successful completion of every project, thereby establishing relationships that will continue long into the future Countrywide Capital Group’s Commercial development division maintains the highest standards of quality on every project and treats each client with integrity and respect.
