The CCG Fractured Condominium Projects Division acquires incomplete condominium projects, typically operating them as multifamily apartment communities for 5-10 years or until the market recovers. Once the condo market rebounds, CCG may sell the remaining units at a premium or retain the project as a long-term rental community.
